Custom & Made-to-Order Goods
All WiFur products are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for each customer. Due to the highly personalized nature of our items, production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
As these items are unique and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has commenced.
Logistics & Third-Party Responsibility
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged, WiFur Group is not responsible for any issues arising during the logistics process. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage caused by shipping carriers.
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery.
- Delays caused by customs or carrier operational issues.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage or delays caused by third-party shipping services. We recommend that customers contact the shipping carrier directly for any local delivery or handling concerns.
