Strict No-Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are generally not supported for any WiFur products due to their customized and limited edition nature. We encourage all customers to review their orders and sizing charts carefully before checkout.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe a return is absolutely necessary due to an exceptional circumstance (such as receiving an incorrect item), you must contact our customer service for confirmation first. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from WiFur Group.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs, including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fees.
- WiFur Group reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.
